About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night guest inquiries.
- Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest security.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service during overnight hours.
- Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems independently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is beneficial.
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
