Country Club Engineer

About The Job

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. This hands-on role is responsible for general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across a variety of building systems and equipment throughout the club.

What You Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and minor masonry work
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and monitor system performance
• Identify and address building safety concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Support maintenance programs by completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
• Aid in identifying, ordering, and managing maintenance supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and order general supplies for the country club as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours situations when required
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and management
• Work with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through while maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude
• Adept at adapting to changing priorities and maintaining schedule flexibility to meet operational needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
