About the role
Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and have the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Maintain control of all casino assets, follow procedures for collection, counting, and asset security, count all money and chips collected, complete necessary paperwork and documentation, and assist in maintaining a spotless casino.
Responsibilities
- Ability to push and pull up to 150 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
- Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
- Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
- Work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
- Work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling and counting preferred
