Counterproliferation All-Source Intelligence Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a skilled intelligence analyst to provide actionable intelligence and context to clients. As a Counterproliferation All-Source Analyst, you will perform ICD-compliant analytic production with a focus on supporting U.S. acquisitions. You will analyze the current and anticipated military capabilities of foreign nations and craft analysis to support U.S. acquisitions programs to mitigate future threats.
You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations, and support analysis of missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools, briefing analysis to senior DoD leaders, and producing whitepapers and short and long-term assessments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current and anticipated military capabilities of foreign nations
- Craft analysis to support U.S. acquisitions programs to mitigate future threats
- Participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations
- Support analysis of missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations
- Generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards
- Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders, and produce whitepapers and short and long-term assessments
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis areas
- Experience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis

- Experience working at a national-level agency
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
