- Also: "Pay Transparency Our Total Rewards package includes competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and benefits that promote well-being and work-life balance—so you can thrive both professionally and personally." This is about benefits and pay. We need to extract Pay and Benefits sections.
- Salary range: "The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting." This is not specific; we cannot include Pay section unless actual numbers given. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting." That is not a concrete range; we don't have the actual numbers. So we should NOT include Pay section because we don't have explicit salary range. However we could include Benefits if they list specifics: they list medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, flexible work, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability coverage, optional coverages, birth/adoption/parental leave, Employee Assistance Plan. That's specific enough. So we can include Benefits section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit.
- About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph describing role and mission. We'll put that under About the role.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "As a Military Analyst, You Will". We'll put those as
- . - Requirements: The "To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have" list. We'll put as Requirements. - Qualifications: Could be "Additional Desired Qualifications". Could also include "Knowledge of UAS/cUAS operations..." which is also desired. We'll treat that as Qualifications (or Skills). The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put each piece. We have: - About the role: introductory paragraph about mission-focused team, role purpose. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: mandatory qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 5 years experience, clearance, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe "Additional Desired Qualifications" (background in aviation, ATC, etc.) plus "Knowledge of UAS/cUAS operations, planning, threat analysis, and operational assessments is highly desired." (though that is also in Requirements as highly desired; but we can still include.) - Skills: maybe "Strong written and verbal communication skills..." and "Ability to travel up to 25%." Also "Ability to thrive in high-tempo headquarters environment, demonstrate sound judgment, communicate effectively..." Actually those are in responsibilities? They are in the responsibilities list as "Thrive in a high-tempo headquarters environment, demonstrate sound judgment, communicate effectively with senior leaders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions..." That's more a responsibility/skill. We could put communication skills under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract distinct items. Responsibilities list (from "As a Military Analyst, You Will"): 1. Apply your operational, analytical, and planning expertise to support senior military and civilian leaders in a dynamic joint and interagency environment. 2. Conduct research and analysis of evolving UAS threats, adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, and likely courses of action to inform operational planning and decision-making. 3. Develop and coordinate staff products including briefings, operational assessments, CONOPS/CONEMP inputs, RFIs, tasking responses, and strategic recommendations supporting the cUAS mission. 4. Work directly with Government customers, military personnel, and interagency partners to synchronize activities, support planning efforts, and provide actionable insights across air, land, maritime, and homeland defense mission areas. 5. Thrive in a high-tempo headquarters environment, demonstrate sound judgment, communicate effectively with senior leaders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address evolving UAS threats. That's 5 items. Requirements list (mandatory): - Bachelor's degree. - Five (5) years of military, operational planning, air defense, aviation, or related analytical experience. - Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. - Experience supporting joint, interagency, combatant command, service headquarters, or equivalent operational organizations. - Knowledge of UAS/cUAS operations, planning, threat analysis, and operational assessments is highly desired. (This is "highly desired" but still a requirement? It's listed under "To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have". So include.) - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise, and decision-ready products for senior leaders. - Ability to travel up to 25%. Additional Desired Qualifications: - Background in military or civilian aviation operations, including Air Traffic Control (ATC), airspace management, air battle management, aviation planning, airfield operations, flight operations, or air operations center activities. - Knowledge of airspace management, aviation regulations, aircraft operations, and command and control processes applicable to
