Responsibilities

Counter Team Members

• Welcome and engage with guests throughout their experience
• Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
• Take guests’ orders using our point-of-sale system/register
• Execute all Tatte product and packaging standards
• Deliver coffee beverages and food to guests
• Maintain clean and well-stocked café stations
• Support café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
• Comply with and follow all safety and sanitation standards

Baristas

• Welcome guests to our cafes and engage with them throughout their experience
• Prepare and serve or deliver beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
• Answer guests' questions about our offerings
• Follow all recipe and presentation standards for our beverages
• Operate all Barista station equipment according to standards
• Keep the bar (including bar equipment) clean and sanitary in accordance with applicable standards and well-stocked with inventory
• Deliver beautiful and artistic espresso beverages

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to grasp and reach overhead
• Able to lift, move, and carry 50+lbs
• Able to work 8+ hours a day on feet
