About the Role
The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This role generates sales while providing accurate, courteous service and handling customer orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
- Receive and handle warehouse material.
- Maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
- Prepare orders and ship products.
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
- Support other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.
