About the role
The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This role generates sales while providing accurate, courteous service, handling customer orders and inquiries, receiving material, maintaining showroom and warehouse organization, preparing orders, and shipping products. It also supports other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders at the trade counter or by phone.
- Receive and handle warehouse material.
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
- Prepare and ship customer orders.
- Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
- Support other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.
