About the Role
The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This role generates sales while providing accurate, courteous service and handling customer orders and inquiries. The position also supports other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
- Receive and handle warehouse material.
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
- Prepare orders and ship products.
- Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
