About the role
The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This role generates sales while providing accurate, courteous service, handling customer orders and inquiries, and supporting consistent service across the CES network.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders at the trade counter or by phone.
- Receive and handle warehouse material.
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
- Prepare orders and ship products.
- Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
- Support other branches to ensure consistent service.
