About the Role
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience while directly contributing to day-to-day operations and sales goals. You will collaborate with your Store Manager and local team to manage inventory, maintain store appearance, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment. We seek a candidate passionate about customer service, committed to driving sales, and interested in professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
- Maintain the appearance of the store.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation and interest in advancement.
- Engage customers with a powerful presence and attention to detail.
- Organize tasks efficiently and enjoy being part of a team.
- Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Act as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay
This is a salaried non-exempt role, meaning employees are paid a salary and receive overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week (or as required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is $50,160–$65,835. Factors affecting starting salary include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for a bonus under the Company’s applicable plan.
