About the role
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and support the team's efforts to achieve store goals.

Requirements

- Requires at least 2 years related experience.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Strong computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay
This is a salaried non-exempt role. Starting salary range is between $46,000 and $59,850 annually. Overtime pay applies when working more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
