About the Role
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to daily operations and sales goals. You will collaborate with your Store Manager and team to manage inventory, maintain store appearance, record shipments, and prepare items for delivery. This role also includes stepping into Store Manager responsibilities as needed, such as scheduling, ordering, and opening/closing procedures.

- Maintain the appearance of the store.

- Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Act as Store Manager when required, including handling scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay
This is a salaried non-exempt role, meaning employees receive a salary and overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week (or as required by state law). The starting salary range is $45,600–$59,850 annually, depending on geography, market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Eligible employees may also receive a bonus under the Company’s applicable plan.
