Counter Sales and Customer Service

About the role

Blue Ridge Tire Center, a family-owned business for over 30 years in Salem, VA, is seeking an Inside Counter Sales and Customer Service candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone to determine what services they need.
• Work with customers to decide what tires and/or parts are needed, secure what is needed, and work with technicians to keep work flowing through the shop.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers to increase sales.

Requirements

• Professional with goal-oriented customer service skills.
• Able to identify customers' needs and provide assistance to ensure they receive the best service available.
• Knowledge of tires and service to provide recommendations based on specific business needs.
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with other aspects of running the company as needed by the owner.

Pay

The starting salary range is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
