Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

• Understands and implements the restaurant’s culture to enhance guest experiences.
• Develops guest loyalty through memorable service and positive interactions.
• Answers phones, greets guests, receives & reviews online orders, provides food recommendations, and addresses service-related inquiries.
• Handles guest allergies/intolerances according to company policy, ensuring safe meals are provided.
• Enters all items served to guests at the POS system accurately and promptly.
• Provides friendly and attentive service, ensuring guests feel well taken care of and encouraged to return.
• Accurately handles guest checks, accepts payments, and completes all transactional duties.
• Manages guest complaints by promptly informing a manager and resolving issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and encourages them to return to the restaurant.

Hospitality to Your Team

• Arrives to work on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude towards both guests and team members.
• Completes assigned tasks and duties as directed by managers/supervisors.
• Fulfills cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure the highest standard of service and cleanliness.

Hospitality to Restaurant

• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleaning as needed and reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe environment within the restaurant.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak about the restaurant’s story and mission.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
