Pay

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greeting walk-in customers and directing them to the right team member
• Assisting customers with order pickups, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Processing invoices, payments, and customer transactions
• Monitoring customer calls and helping manage incoming requests
• Coordinating product returns and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Supporting the sales team by keeping customer orders organized and moving efficiently
• Helping maintain an organized counter area and ensuring customers receive prompt, friendly service
• Working closely with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

Qualifications

Experience in agriculture, construction, automotive, retail, or parts sales is a plus—but we'll help you learn.
