Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes clients, guests, and visitors to the facility in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Checks clients in upon arrival and maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the facility to promote a safe and welcoming environment for clients, guests, and staff.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with local community partners, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and law enforcement, and communicates with these partners as needed to support client and
