COUNSELOR I – MILESTONE MANOR

RISE Housing and Support Services has an entry-level opportunity for an empathetic, creative, and insightful individual to join our team at Milestone Manor. A successful candidate will navigate daily program duties while focusing on high-quality support and advocacy for residents working to overcome life challenges presented by mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support and advocacy to residents
• Navigate daily program duties while maintaining focus on resident needs
• Operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Uphold interpersonal boundaries and RISE’s shared belief system in compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion

Requirements

• Understanding of human services and dedication to learning
• Willingness to meet program goals and perform necessary tasks
• Successful completion of RISE background checks
• Valid driver’s license and driving history acceptable to RISE automobile policy
