Counselor - Elementary

About the role

This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive guidance program that includes counseling services. The goal is to provide a proactive developmental guidance program to encourage all students to maximize their personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive guidance program including counseling services.
• Provide a proactive developmental guidance program to encourage all students to maximize personal growth and development.
• Work mostly in the office but may have the option to work remotely a few days per week as determined by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Education/Certification: Master's degree in guidance counseling, valid Texas counseling certificate.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of counseling procedures, student appraisal, and career development; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to instruct students and manage their behavior; two years teaching experience.

Benefits

• Salary: From $54,880.00 to $65,132.00 annually

Schedule
