About the role
This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive guidance program that includes counseling services. The goal is to provide a proactive developmental guidance program to encourage all students to maximize their personal growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive guidance program including counseling services.
- Provide a proactive developmental guidance program to encourage all students to maximize personal growth and development.
- Work mostly in the office but may have the option to work remotely a few days per week as determined by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education/Certification: Master's degree in guidance counseling, valid Texas counseling certificate.
- Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of counseling procedures, student appraisal, and career development; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to instruct students and manage their behavior; two years teaching experience.

- Salary: From $54,880.00 to $65,132.00 annually

Schedule
