About the Role

This part-time, variable-shift position involves providing clinical support as a Professional Counselor in an inpatient psychiatric setting. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric and substance use disorders within a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic groups
• Develop and implement safety plans
• Manage milieu and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field
• Oregon Professional Counselor License or Associate License (required upon hire)

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience in a behavioral health practicum
• Experience in substance use treatment
