• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
• Accompany clients to court as requested and as possible
• Advocate for clients by providing appropriate referrals for services with other agencies
• Contribute to outreach and education efforts that promote awareness of services and support a compassionate, inclusive environment for all survivors

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human service field
• LPC or LMSW preferred
• Knowledge regarding dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, facilitate groups, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing caseloads, and adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards
• Cultural humility and the ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities with ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Non-traditional hours to include some evening and weekend hours possible
• Some travel requiring a valid driver's license and personal, insured vehicle for use on the job required
