Location: Weymouth, MA – Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program

Schedule

Full-time. Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4:30 pm, including one late day 11 am - 7 pm.

Pay

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Perform intake assessments and complete all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Provide quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop, implement, and revise individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
• Demonstrate a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred
• Minimum of one-year supervised counseling experience in substance abuse treatment or a closely related field required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Basic computer skills sufficient to utilize electronic health records
