Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities and resources for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Our Residential Program for young women ages 13–32 and Outpatient Counseling Program for women and men ages 13 and older are voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge. Mercy’s Freedom Services equip men and women of all ages to live free, stay free, and help others find freedom in Christ.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Christian counseling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate biblical truth, Christian principles, and faith-based counseling practices into client care.
• Personal commitment to the Christian faith and agreement with the ministry's mission, values, and statement of faith.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals facing life-controlling issues, relational challenges, emotional struggles, and spiritual concerns.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to best practices in counseling, and legal and ethical requirements within CWC Monroe.
• Counsel with assigned clients weekly which includes: Leading each client through Keys to Freedom; Completing all associated paperwork, including required readings, required assignments; Reviewing as submitted by the client.
• Meet with Counseling Director on a weekly basis.

Schedule

Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am- 12:00 pm Friday (36 hours/week)

Pay

Compensation: $46,800 - $56,160/year
