Responsibilities
- Comply with all agency policies and applicable procedures.
- Develop, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and document individual program planning according to the specific needs of each client, including program goals, referrals, and individual, family, and group counseling strategies.
- Guide, monitor, and document relevant aspects of resident movement, behavior, and progress.
- Ensure timely use of and data entry in the FreshStart Client Management System.
- Submit resident release plans, home confinement plans, and termination letters in a timely manner.
- Communicate all relevant information to supervisory staff regarding the agency, facility, and residents.
- Provide staff duty coverage as scheduled.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings.
- Initiate and maintain cooperative and effective liaison activities with supervising authorities, other agencies, community groups, and professional associations.
- Work all hours necessary to staff the center in the event of a work stoppage.
- Perform all other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in social human services, criminal justice, or behavioral science from an accredited college or university.
- At least one year of experience working in human services or community-based services.
- Personal computer (PC) work experience using current versions of the Windows operating system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel applications.
- Understanding of basic PC concepts (files, file paths, copying and pasting, deleting, and moving files) and operation of common office machinery.
- Strong typing, spelling, grammar, organizational, and phone skills.
Pay
$24.59 per hour
Schedule
- Monday and Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
