About the role

Responsible for the supervision and continued implementation of the agency's policies and procedures in all areas related to the counseling and treatment programs, and all applicable documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all agency policies and applicable procedures.
  • Develop, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and document individual program planning according to the specific needs of each client, including relevant program goals, referrals, and individual, family, and group counseling strategies.
  • Guide, monitor, and document relevant aspects of resident movement, behavior, and progress.
  • Ensure timely use of and timely data entry in the FreshStart Client Management System.
  • Submit resident release plans, home confinement plans, and termination letters in a timely manner.
  • Communicate all relevant information to supervisory staff regarding the agency, the facility, and the resident.
  • Provide staff duty coverage as scheduled.
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings.
  • Initiate and maintain cooperative and effective liaison activities with supervising authorities, other agencies, community groups, and professional associations.
  • In the event of a work stoppage, work all hours necessary to staff the center.
  • Perform all other work duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in social human services, criminal justice, or behavioral science from an accredited college or university.
  • At least one year of experience working in human services or community-based services.
  • Personal computer (PC) work experience using current versions of the Windows operating system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel applications.
  • Understanding of basic PC concepts (files, file paths, copying and pasting, deleting, and moving files) and operation of common office machinery.
  • Good typing, spelling, grammar, organizational, and phone skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Pay

$26.53 per hour

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Available shifts:
    • Three (3) shifts: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Tuesday–Saturday).
    • Two (2) shifts: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Weekend availability required.
