What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange
- Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify authentic skill acquisition rather than passive attendance
- Conducting daily motivational sessions informed by student profiles, individual interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression goals
- Leveraging narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, performance leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student disengagement
- Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics with a target of 90%+ on student feedback surveys
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
- Strong storytelling and facilitation skills — capable of maintaining child engagement throughout a one-hour session
- Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience as a sports coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
- Demonstrated history of excellence in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Familiarity with self-paced or application-based learning models
