Counseling Intern

About the role

We are seeking open-minded individuals that are currently enrolled in a Masters's program and ready to learn by doing. Our offices are located in Hamilton and Clermont County Ohio and Warren County.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply diagnostic and assessment techniques
• Engage in individual, group, and family interventions
• Participate in crisis management and trauma-informed care
• Gain experience with electronic health records management and caseload management
• Observe and assist in various areas of practice, including substance use disorder and mental health

Requirements

• Must be a current student in an accredited counseling program
• Candidate must be local - This is an in-person internship

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy
• Strong communication skills
• Open to trying new things and thinking outside the box
• Able to ask for help when needed
