About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Counsel, Product (Health‑Tech) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a strategic legal partner to Product, Growth, and Marketing teams in a fast‑moving consumer health environment. You will help guide product development and promotional initiatives while balancing business objectives, privacy considerations, and regulatory requirements. The position calls for practical, clear legal counsel that supports compliant execution and builds trusted relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to provide legal support.
- Identify privacy and regulatory issues and collaborate with counsel as needed.
- Review promotional content for legal compliance.
- Provide clear and concise legal guidance.
- Develop relationships and build trust with internal partners.
- Stay informed on product developments and the legal landscape.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 4+ years of legal experience, including e‑commerce and promotional activities.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong business judgment and a creative mindset.
Pay
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually.
