Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial and/or IP litigation
- Experience gained within a boutique, mid-sized, or relevant large law firm environment
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills
- Exposure to copyright, trademark, or broader commercial disputes
- Interest in business development and building a practice
- Admitted to practice in New York
Compensation
Base salary in the region of $160,000–$180,000, with additional upside linked to performance and business generation.
