About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle Business & Legal Affairs matters for the company House and related immersive experiences
• Manage high volume vendor and service provider agreements for ticketing and events
• Support group and event sales efforts in collaboration with operational teams
• Partner with Real Estate and Workplace teams on safety and permitting for physical locations
• Align with Marketing, Tax, Accounting, and Finance on experiential matters
• Provide practical business and legal advice to fast-moving teams
• Assess novel business challenges in the immersive space

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent with 7+ years practical experience in Location-Based Entertainment industry
• Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with sound judgment
• Initiative to identify and solve business problems effectively
• Strategic and commercial thinking with risk tolerance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Pay

$325,000 – $540,000 annually
