About the role

This is a rare chance to own the technology and software contracts of a company that is building something genuinely new. You will draft and negotiate the agreements that drive our growth, and you will do it in one of the most interesting contracting environments there is: our customers are lawyers. They read every word, they negotiate for a living, and they hold our paper to a higher standard than most buyers ever would. Earning their trust at the contract table is part of how we earn their business, and you will be the person who does it. You will own the full lifecycle of our commercial contracts, from customer-facing SaaS and enterprise agreements to
