Cottage Concierge
About the role
This position is responsible for providing administrative and resident support services for The Cottages. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations, promoting resident satisfaction, and facilitating communication between residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and attend resident activities and events, including tracking RSVPs and preparing necessary materials.
- Meet with new residents to welcome them and ensure they are acquainted with the community, amenities, and resources.
- Deliver signed birthday cards and balloons to residents on their birthdays.
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring activities, announcements, and resident highlights.
- Type and distribute notices, flyers, and other communication pieces, as needed.
- Maintain and update key community documents, including new move-in information and resident rosters.
- Submit and follow up on work orders for resident requests and community maintenance needs.
- Attend and take minutes at resident and staff meetings, distributing them afterward as needed.
- Absorb and support miscellaneous community projects and initiatives.
- Occasionally cover the front desk for Senior Life Options and greet visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Occasionally assist with Senior Life Options activities.
- Offer administrative support to staff at The Cottages, including help with mailings, filing, supply orders, and general organization.
- Support planning and execution of holiday and special events in partnership with other departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience is required.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Colorado Identification Card, Public Notary (must be obtained within 30 days of hire), De-Escalation Training (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
Benefits

Schedule
Part-time and full-time schedules that can fit your needs. The schedule for this specific position is Monday - Friday 8a-5p. Occasional weekends or evenings may be required.
