COTA - Travel Contract
About the role
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Hanover, New Hampshire offers access to both academic and outdoor attractions. Dartmouth College and the Hood Museum of Art are located in town, and the Connecticut River provides waterfront scenery along the New Hampshire-Vermont border. Dartmouth Skiway is about 20 minutes from Hanover, and Appalachian Trail access and Moose Mountain trails support hiking and year-round outdoor recreation. Hanover has a walkable downtown with local shops and cafés, and Interstate 89 connects the area to Concord in about 1 hour and the White Mountain region in roughly 2 hours.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Ability to start working with minimal ramp-up is required
