COTA - Travel Contract

Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services as directed by a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Generally scheduled five days per week, likely to include one weekend day
• Must be available to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on facility operations
• Possible floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs

Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is required to start the assignment
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current State of Hawaii license in good standing appropriate to the discipline
