Seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in developing and recovering essential daily skills. The role involves working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Support patient progress through therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active State License required
• BLS Certification may be required
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing facilities
