COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress
• Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy progress
• Test and evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
• Plan and implement programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
