About the role
The Lodge at Red Rocks is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who values exceptional care and is ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to residents to promote independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate residents' progress towards treatment goals and adjust plans as needed
- Document all therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Colorado COTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Passion for resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
