Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Casper, WY Job Summary Home & Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in Casper, WY. As a COTA, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities. You’ll work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and our interdisciplinary care team to provide individualized, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OTHelp patients improve independence with daily activities, mobility, and safetyProvide ADL training, therapeutic activities, and exercises as directed by the OTEducate patients and caregivers on home safety, fall prevention, and adaptive equipmentMonitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising OTComplete accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary care team Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programCurrent Wyoming COTA licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certification, if requiredValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insuranceAbility to work independently in patients' homesStrong communication and organizational skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approachHome health experience preferred, but not requiredNew graduates welcome!
