Costume Waver

Department: Managed Operations | Status: Seasonal (Non‑Exempt) | Reports to: Office Supervisor

Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Draw attention to the store location by waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit.
• Conduct business‑to‑business marketing while in the mascot uniform.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Ability to build rapport with business owners.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to wave, dance, and stand in the mascot costume for periods up to eight hours.
• May require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes.
