What You’ll Actually Do

• Greet and engage guests within seconds of walking in
• Guide guests through costume selection and dressing
• Keep the flow moving between groups efficiently
• Create excitement and build the experience from the start
• Help guests feel comfortable, confident, and ready for photos

• Thrive in fast-paced, busy environments
• Can manage multiple groups at once without slowing down
• Enjoy helping people and making them feel comfortable
• Stay positive and upbeat—even during rushes

This Role Is NOT For You If You:

• Prefer quiet, low-interaction work
• Get overwhelmed when it’s busy
• Struggle to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Do not enjoy talking to people all day
• Move slowly or struggle with urgency
• Do not want a “just do my task” type of job

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Aid guests with costumes, sizing, and quick changes
• Manage dressing rooms and group flow
• Keep areas organized and ready for the next group
• Work with children, families, and pets
• Support the team with guest experience, tours, and transitions

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available weekends & holidays
• Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter
