Costume Assistant & Greeter

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests within seconds of walking in
• Guide guests through costume selection and dressing
• Keep the flow moving between groups efficiently
• Create excitement and build the experience from the start
• Help guests feel comfortable, confident, and ready for photos
• Assist guests with costumes, sizing, and quick changes
• Manage dressing rooms and group flow
• Keep areas organized and ready for the next group
• Work with children, families, and pets
• Support team with guest experience, tours, and transitions

Requirements

• Are outgoing, talkative, and naturally high-energy
• Thrive in fast-paced, busy environments
• Can manage multiple groups at once without slowing down
• Enjoy helping people and making them feel comfortable
• Stay positive and upbeat—even during rushes
• Must be available weekends & holidays
