Costpoint Senior Accountant (Compliance Focus)

Job Description

Aid with FAR and CAS compliance, including policy development and reviews.

Prepare Incurred Cost Submissions and supporting schedules, and respond to DCAA audit requests.

Review indirect cost pools and allocation methodologies for compliance and accuracy.

Support FPR development through rate forecasting, analysis, and negotiation support.

Document accounting processes and design internal controls for operational improvement.

Support ERP transformation initiatives and provide advisory services on Deltek Costpoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in government contracting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR and CAS compliance.
• Military eligibility to comply with US Citizenship.
• Experience preparing Incurred Cost Submissions and related documentation.
• Experience with FPR development, including rate forecasting and negotiation.
• Proven ability to assist with DCAA or similar audits.
• At least 5 years of Deltek Costpoint experience, including implementation.
