The Role
You'll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations.
Compensation & Rewards
- $18.00/hour
- $35 per appointment
- Average earners make $30/hour; Top performers exceed $40/hour
- Unlimited bonus potential based on your performance
- Weekly & monthly additional bonuses
- Bonuses on issued appointments paid every two weeks
- $500 signing bonus after 90 days

- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
- Must be able to stand 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
