Cost Segregation Manager
About the role
with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: The "How You'll Spend Your Time" bullet list (actually sentences). We'll convert to- . - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "The kind of people we want to talk to have many of the following:" list includes many items: degree, experience, certifications, etc. We need to split into appropriate sections: Requirements (maybe degree+experience), Qualifications (certifications), Skills (technical skills). But we must only create sections if there is real specific content. We can combine some. We have Pay: compensation range $130,000-$170,000. Also mention bonus program. So we can create Pay section. Schedule: hybrid schedule (3 days in office expectation per week). So we can create Schedule section. Benefits: mention competitive benefits package and bonus program, plus link to website. So we can create Benefits section. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove the EEO paragraph at end. We must preserve all substantive info: include office locations list, hybrid schedule, responsibilities list, requirements list, etc. We need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. Keep details. Let's extract substantive content: Intro paragraph: "Withum is a place where talent thrives - where who you are matters. It’s a place of endless opportunities for growth. A place where entrepreneurial energy plus inclusive teamwork equals exponential results. Explore different industries. Learn new skills. Connect with our diverse teams of professionals to gain insight into the career you envision. Your Career Starts with You. Experience the Transformative Power of Withum Plus You - that’s the Power in the Plus!" That's generic fluff but it's substantive? It's about company culture. We could include as part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could put under About the role as introductory paragraph. Job Description paragraph: "Our Forensic & Valuation Services team is seeking a Cost Segregation Manager to join our growing practice.
