Cost Optimization Manager

The Cost Optimization Manager role is seeking a highly analytical individual to drive operational efficiency and financial optimization within a global, remote-first environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing performance data and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Implementing strategies to improve business outcomes
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve tools, workflows, and operational performance
• Managing and supporting partner-related activities through CRM systems
• Improving partner management processes, tools, reporting structures, documentation, and internal guidelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared efficiency and optimization goals
• Identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions to improve operational performance
• Maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements include:

• Professional experience in cost optimization, operations management, business analysis, partner management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, reports, and performance metrics
• Experience developing and implementing process improvement or efficiency initiatives
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and general computer tools
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities in a remote and international environment
• Language proficiency: English (B2+), Russian (C1+), Chinese (B2+)
