Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a description paragraph before responsibilities. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have a description: "Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company..." That's about the company, not necessarily "About the role". Could be "About the role" maybe includes the job description paragraph: "Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor..." That is about the role. So we can have an

About the role

with that paragraph. Then Responsibilities: we have a big list after "Responsibilities:" heading. So we need

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then Qualifications: after "Qualifications" heading we have bullet list? Actually it's a paragraph with multiple sentences. We can treat as

    Qualifications

    with
    • items for each qualification line? The text: "Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls within the construction industry. Experience supporting cost management activities on medium to large construction projects. Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and change management. Experience reviewing contractor estimates, change orders, payment applications, and valuations. Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders in a client-facing environment. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment. Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred. Prior experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred." We can split each sentence into
    • . That seems appropriate. Skills: Not explicitly listed as a separate heading; but many skills are within qualifications. Could we create a Skills section? The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading; but we could extract skills from qualifications? However instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. There's no explicit Skills section, but we could infer that qualifications include skills. However better to not create a Skills section unless there is explicit content. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading. So we should not create Skills. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting mentions "per diem is available for qualified candidates who can work locally at the project site during the week." That's a benefit? It mentions per diem. Also mentions "full-time onsite presence Monday through Friday in Rayville, Louisiana." That's schedule info. Also mentions "per diem is available". So we have some schedule and benefit info. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine schedule and benefits? But we have separate headings possible: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only if posting has real specific content. We have schedule: "full-time onsite presence Monday through Friday in Rayville, Louisiana." Also note: "While this position is being advertised in the Dallas market, the role requires full-time onsite presence Monday through Friday in Rayville, Louisiana. Candidates open to relocating are preferred; however, a per diem is available for qualified candidates who can work locally at the project site during the week." Thus schedule: full-time onsite Monday-Friday. Could be a Schedule section. Benefits: per diem available. Also maybe "great place to work" etc but that's generic. The per diem is a specific benefit. So we can have Benefits section with per diem. Pay: No mention of salary or pay. So we should NOT create Pay section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

      for each section heading. Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For About the role we can use

. For Qualifications we can use

        • . For Benefits we can use
          • . For Schedule we can use

maybe. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statements, social media, etc. Also remove the "Additional Information" bullet about on-site presence may change etc? That's somewhat relevant but maybe we can keep as part of schedule? It says "*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs." That's a note; we could include as part of schedule note. Also "Our inspired people share our vision and mission..." that's fluff; could be considered boilerplate? It's generic company culture; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But it's not specific to the role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our inspired people..." is not EEO but could be considered generic fluff; but it's not explicitly prohibited. However we should preserve all substantive information; that is somewhat substantive about company culture but not role-specific. Might be okay to keep in About the role? But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add a second paragraph about company culture if we want. However to keep concise, maybe we omit that as it's not directly about the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the company overview? The first paragraph about Turner & Townsend being global etc is substantive about the company. That could be part of About the role. We'll include that. We need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager..." appears only once. The "Please note:" etc. We need to remove application instructions: there are none explicit besides maybe "Please find out more about us at www.turnerandtownsend.com/ and www.heery.com/" and social media. Those are boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove EEO statements: "Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove recruitment agency policy etc. Thus final HTML:
