About the role
Responsible for managing project controls including budgeting, scheduling, and cost analysis for data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Monitor project costs and variances against budget
- Manage project risks and issues
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience with project controls and cost management
- Understanding of data center operations and technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
