About the role
We're expanding fast and we need a sharp, organized Cost Estimator - Hardware to support our bidding efforts from our Green Bay, WI office.
Responsibilities
- Review project documents and specs to understand hardware requirements.
- Calculate quantities and costs of door hardware products.
- Communicate with vendors for pricing and product info.
- Help identify and flag any code issues or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to build smart, competitive bids.
- Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions at once.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with numbers, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Great communicator – comfortable with email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Organized and able to handle multiple deadlines.
- Curious, motivated, and ready to learn the construction industry from a new angle.
- Must be onsite in Green Bay, WI with reliable and punctual attendance.
- Previous construction or estimating experience is a plus but not required.
