About the role
The Cost Estimator is responsible for developing and maintaining cost estimates for various projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary
- Prepare reports and presentations on project costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimating or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Experience with estimating software
