Cost Control Representative

About the role

Responsible for timekeeping, billing, and cost reporting. Handles internal and external billing and cost projections. Tracks costs of purchase orders, company-owned equipment, third-party billing, and field employee hours. Interfaces with corporate accounting to correct payroll discrepancies, confirm accurate billing to clients and from vendors, and provides continuous support to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Must have at least a high school education or some college education accepted
• Must be highly competent with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of business accounting or project controls working experience

Qualifications

• Construction industry, project management, or accounting background is preferred
